Day 18 Glasgow

Saturday is reserved for touring the centre of Glasgow.

I catch the train from Johnstone into the heart of Glasgow and am immediately confronted by half the populace wearing orange and the other half wearing kilts, footy socks and hobnail boots:
Scotland is playing Holland in a soccer international in Glasgow!
Everyone is cheerful despite the miserable weather- there is an anticipatory friendliness everywhere.

I even get a good price on the Glaswegian version of the HopOn/HopOff bus.
It's too wet to sit on the top deck so the photo opportunities are few and far between.
So are any points of interest for me! I'm sorry, but Glasgow doesn't do it for me.
I'm back in Johnstone for lunch and I'm already into "get packing" mode to prepare for tomorrow's flight home.
